Care instructions: Clean to maintain drainage, insulation and safety. Ensure ash is fully cold. Scoop beads and ash into a riddle with the Kadai Shovel, sift over a bin, remove debris and return beads to the bowl. Brush filter holes clear. For bowl care, remove from stand, scour off surface oxidisation, then apply a light coat of Owatrol Oil. Wipe off excess and leave 48 hours before use. Do not use Owatrol on cooking accessories; wash grills in hot water and oil with vegetable oil.
