Care instructions: Allow the Chapati Pan to cool before washing in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly, then heat gently to remove any remaining moisture. Once cool, rub a small amount of vegetable oil into the surface to protect the metal and maintain the seasoned finish. For long-term storage, oil both sides. The more it is used, the better the natural non-stick finish becomes. Do not clean in the dishwasher, as this removes the oiled finish. Store indoors for longevity.
