Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Margarine (Vegetable Fats and Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Water, Emulsifiers (Mono-and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Salt, Acid (Citric Acid)), Water, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Dextrose, Raising Agents (Glucono-Delta-Lactone, Potassium Carbonates, Diphosphates), Ethyl Alcohol, Salt, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Flavouring, Stabiliser (Magnesium Chloride), Colours (Carotenes), Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid)

Preparation and usage: As tempting as it may be, do not eat the raw dough.

• Line a tray with baking paper and preheat your oven at 200 / 180 (fan) / Gas Mark 6.
• Peel the label and twist fully to release the dough (a small 'pop' is normal - think of it as waking up the dough).
• Unroll the dough and cut along the perforated lines to separate the triangles.
• Roll each triangle from the wide base to the tip to make that classic croissant shape (or not - the rustic look is half the charm).
• Place them on your tray with the tip tucked underneath.
• We recommend oven baking for 14-18 minutes, or until your croissants turn golden and flaky.
