Preparation and usage

One Way to Prepare It:

• 1. Salt filets very lightly on all sides and let the salt seep in for 30-60min
• 2. Heat a non-stick pan to a medium-high heat
• 3. Add oil of choice, cook for about 8min
• 4. Sizzle steaks on all sides until the crust becomes golden brown
• 5. Remove & serve the steaks

And Another:

• 1. Pre-heat a non-stick pan to medium-high & add oil of choice
• 2. Sizzle & baste on all sides until the crust becomes golden brown
• 3. Cut the filet into 4-5 strips
• 4. Sizzle strips on each side for for about 1 minute
• 5. Remove & place the strips on whatever you'll serve them on
• 6. Salt lightly & season as desired
