Designed with squared edges, this rectangular chopping board is made of light-toned ash wood. It's handmade from ash trees felled from the Duchy Estate in Herefordshire and Leckford Farm, part of the Leckford Estate in Hampshire, farmed by the John Lewis Partnership for over 90 years.

Caring for your ash wood board:
  • Thoroughly clean after use
  • Hand wash in warm water using a mild detergent
  • Do not soak or put in the dishwasher
  • Dry off any excess water immediately and rest the board on its long edge
  • Once dry, store it on a flat surface
  • Treat occasionally with food-safe wood oil
