Elizabeth Baldin is able to work in most media, but happiest when painting landscapes and seascapes in watercolours, inks and acrylics. Her inspiration comes from observing the light and atmosphere of the surrounding countryside and the Hampshire coast as well as a fascination for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Her paintings are dynamic, impressionist landscapes and seascapes incorporating lively brushwork and a vibrant palette of colours.
