John Lewis Classic Non-Stick Oven Tray 36cm

This large, versatile non-stick, carbon steel oven tray is ideal for baking, roasting and providing a base for heating up dishes in the oven. It has a non-stick surface for excellent food release so there's no more scraping roast potatoes and chips off the base. It's also dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

• Before first use, wash, dry and lightly grease and line the bakeware
• For perfect baking, reduce the recommended baking temperature by 10-15°C. The bakeware is oven safe to 230°C (446°F or Gas Mark 7)
• We recommend using oven gloves when handling
• This bakeware is safe to keep in the fridge or freezer
• After use, allow it to cool fully before washing. Dishwasher safe but hand-washing is recommended for the best care of the non-stick coating
• In the dishwasher, avoid the highest temperature cycles if possible, avoid abrasive cleaning tablets and, with care, retrieve bakeware from the dishwasher as soon as the cycle is finished. Dry thoroughly
• Over time the non-stick properties will decrease and there may be some discolouration
