John Lewis Classic Non-Stick Carbon Steel Pizza Tray, 30cm

The ideal way to cook your pizza to perfection, this carbon steel tray has a non-stick coating that will put an end to your pizza base-binding woes. It's also dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.

Bakeware care and use

• Before first use, wash, dry and lightly grease and line the bakeware
• For perfect baking, reduce the recommended baking temperature by 10-15°C. The bakeware is oven safe to 230°C (446°F or Gas Mark 7)
• We recommend using oven gloves when handling
• This bakeware is safe to keep in the fridge or freezer
• After use, allow it to cool fully before washing. Dishwasher safe but hand-washing is recommended for the best care of the non-stick coating
• In the dishwasher, avoid the highest temperature cycles if possible, avoid abrasive cleaning tablets and, with care, retrieve bakeware from the dishwasher as soon as the cycle is finished. Dry thoroughly
• Over time the non-stick properties will decrease and there may be some discolouration
