The Bichot Family started a relationship with the House of Jean Bouchard in 1926, going on to purchasing the House in 1955 and in the time that has followed their wines have gone from strength to strength.
Regional Information
Located in the Cte d'Or department at the southern extremity of the Cte de Beaune, the 392 ha of Santenay's vines cover the lower slopes of the Mont-de-Sne, running 15 km in length.

Vinification Details
Traditional vinification at 20C in temperature-controlled tanks. The wine is aged on the lees and is stirred while it ages in oak barrels (25 to 30% new oak) for 12 to 14 months.
