Jawbox Gin: Made Here, Made of here. There was a time when the front door was left unlocked. When the kitchen was the scullery. And in the tiny scullery stood the Belfast sink. Clothes and dishes and weans got washed there. A lot of craic was heard around a Jawbox. It still is.
Just outside Belfast is a vast 300-acre country estate that dates back to the 16th century. It's home to our distillery and the fields where the grain for our spirit is grown and harvested. We use a unique combination of select botanicals to make our gin. We then distil slowly, very slowly, in a traditional copper pot still. That's because we believe it takes time to produce the best quality gin. Distilled and bottled by hand.

Jawbox Pineapple Gin Daiquiri: Ingredients: 60ml Jawbox Pineapple & Ginger Gin Liqueur, 35ml Pineapple Juice, 15ml Lime Juice (freshly squeezed), 10ml Sugar Syrup. Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Jawbox Pineapple Gin Margarita - aka Margatini: Ingredients: 20ml Jawbox Pineapple & Ginger Gin Liqueur, 15ml Jawbox Small Batch, 15ml Triple Sec, 15ml Lime Juice. Method: Shake all ingredients over ice, fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with pineapple.
Jawbox Pineapple Gin Collins: Ingredients: 50ml Jawbox Pineapple & Ginger Gin Liqueur, 25ml Lemon Juice, 10ml Sugar Syrup, Soda Water. Method: Shake Jawbox, lemon and sugar syrup with ice, strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top up with soda. Garnish with orange.
