Microwave: From Ambient (900W) 90 seconds. Squeeze pouch to separate grains. Tear open top corner, microwave for 90 seconds. Watch out for steam when serving. Hob: From Ambient 2-3 minutes. Heat a splash of water in a pan. Add the pouch contents and cook on a medium heat until piping hot.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate any unheated product and eat within 3 days.
