Prune Facts
Prunes are traditionally dried from plum varieties that are smaller and denser than the juicier eating varieties.
Prune juice is virtually fat free.
In Star Trek, Worf is an enthusiastic drinker of prune juice, which he declares is a "warrior's drink!"

How to Juice a Dried Fruit
Prune juice differs from other fruit juices in that it is not made by squeezing fresh fruit.
Instead dried plums (prunes) are rehydrated using boiling water and then strained to remove the stones, seeds and skin.

- 1 celery stick
- 100g blueberries
Just blend with ice, top with chia or sesame seed & enjoy

Prune juice is best served chilled.
