Noodle soup is inspired by a dish first served in our award-winning Chelsea restaurant back in 1997.
Made with hand-crafted broths, rice noodles, fresh greens & our signature gyoza dumplings.

According to a world famous writer & journalist it takes 10,000 hours to completely master a skill.
Our broth master, Yoshihiro would disagree. He and his family have been making miso in the Nagano Valley, Japan, for 85 years [or 744,600 hours] and they are still getting better.
We developed this chilli miso broth together. Which is to say we watched & took notes.

Preparation

Preparation
1. Open box & remove broth sachet. Peel back film & add the contents of the sachet to the noodles.
2. Pour boiling water to the fill line [310ml] & stir thoroughly.
3. Replace film & close box lid. Leave to stand for 3 mins.
Stir & enjoy
Do not re-heat once cooked.
