To make the cakes, we take whole corn kernels, salt & oil [nothing else] and pop them under pressure to create light & crunchy discs. To ensure a thick & even coating we float the cakes in melted chocolate before air drying; for the perfect bite, every time. Note: A pale bloom may appear on the surface of the chocolate if it has melted. This in no way harms the product.
