2. Pull neck of the tap out and locate into cut out. Refit the flap.
3. Tear off the tap seal.
4. Pour by holding up the wings.

Isla Negra wines are made with grapes from throughout the Central Valley, which is made up of several small valleys ranging from Casablanca to Maule.
