4 smoothies per pack, with each wedge including 1/2 of a pressed apple, 1/3 of a mashed banana, 3 pressed grapes, 3/4 of a crushed strawberry, 1 crushed blackberry & a crushed raspberry.
When finished, push the paper straw inside the wedge and recycle the whole lot together.

Preparation and usageShake before opening, not after.
Top tip: hold your straw straight and at the bottom to push it in. When you're finished, pop it inside the carton and recycle the whole lot together.
