Aromas of rum, Demerara, dried fruits and spice, warming malt character with hints of vanilla and oak. The bitterness is understated leaving plenty of room for a long spicy-sweet finish. It is great on its own and pairs well with full-flavoured foods like cheese and chutney, cured meats and fruity puddings.
