Directions:

1 serving = 5g (1 heaped teaspoon).

Take 30 minutes before a meal.

Add 1-2 teaspoons of powder (5g-10g) to a small amount of water or juice (about ¼ glass).
Mix slowly in all directions until it forms a smooth paste.
Gradually add more liquid until the glass is full.

Drink immediately, then follow with another full glass of water.
Use 1 to 3 times daily.
