Directions:
Always brush on dry skin before showering. Use light to moderate pressure - the skin should feel stimulated, not scratched.
1. Start at the Feet - Using long, sweeping strokes, brush from the soles of the feet up toward the ankles.
2. Move Up the Legs - Continue brushing upward toward the knees, then toward the groin area, following the direction of lymph flow (towards the heart).
3. Hands to Shoulders - Brush from palms up the arms toward the armpits.
4. Stomach & Lower Back - Use gentle clockwise circular motions on the abdomen; brush the lower back upward toward the centre of the back.
5. Chest Area - With lighter pressure, brush toward the heart, avoiding sensitive areas.
Finish with a warm shower, then apply body oil or moisturiser using upward strokes to further support circulation. Practice 3-4 times per week for radiant, revitalised skin.
Brush Care: If using dry, tap the brush to remove dead skin debris. Handwash the bristles occasionally in warm soapy water, rinse and shake well to remove excess water and air dry with the bristles facing down.
