Directions:
Home Spa Ritual
Use on dry skin before showering. Brush lightly, the skin should feel invigorated, never scratched.
1. Start at the centre
Gently brush above the collarbones, then underarms and abdomen using soft circular motions.
2. Move to the body
Brush legs in long strokes toward the groin, and arms toward the underarms. Use light, rhythmic pressure and always brush toward the nearest lymph node area.
3. Rinse & moisturise
Shower to remove exfoliated skin cells, then apply body oil or moisturiser to nourish and smooth.
This intentional sequence supports lymph flow and circulation and encourages a feeling of overall body refreshment, while gently exfoliating for smoother, more radiant-looking skin.
Use 2-3 times per week. Avoid sensitive or broken skin.
Brush Care: tap the brush to remove dead skin debris between uses. Handwash the bristles occasionally in warm soapy water, rinse and shake well to remove excess water and air dry with the bristles facing down.
