The HP ENVY 6122e is a great all-in-one printer for families who want seamless connectivity and the simplicity of remote printing from a mobile app. The HP App (available on iOS and Android) gets you set up for easy printing, scanning and copying from your smart device. You can print over your Wi-Fi network, and via its USB port too. It's also compatible with HP's Instant Ink Service.

With this app downloaded, you can print, scan and copy on your smart device. Produce high quality documents which are then easy to share. And the app gets you started fast by guiding you simply through the printer set-up process.

Wireless integration
Dual band Wi-Fi means a better range and a faster, more reliable connection, and it's self-healing so it automatically resolves connection issues to reduce interruption. Connecting to your Wi-Fi means you can print from a computer on the same network from anywhere in the house. It's also compatible with Apple Airprint for seamless integration with iOS devices, and Mopria-certified for Android. You can still connect wired devices via USB in trusty traditional fashion of course.

HP Instant Ink is a replacement ink service that saves you time and money ensuring that you always have ink before you need it. Designed to ensure that you're paying for the number of pages you print as opposed to the ink itself, it'll help you get the most out of your printer.

HP+
This printer is HP+ enabled, an optional service that adds exclusive benefits, including advanced features in the HP app, enhanced security and connectivity, and more sustainable printing with net zero-deforestation prints and closed-loop cartridge recycling. Choose to activate HP+ at setup. It requires an HP account, keeping the printer connected to the internet, and using only original HP ink for the life of the printer. HP+ is not a subscription service.

Good to know
This printer is intended to work only with cartridges that have new or reused HP electronic circuitry, and it uses dynamic security measures to block cartridges using modified or non-HP circuitry. Periodic firmware updates will maintain the effectiveness of these measures and block cartridges that previously worked. Reused HP electronic circuitry enables the use of reused, remanufactured, and refilled cartridges.
