Melds the Hotel Chocolat real chocolate flakes at approximately 68 - 70 degrees Celsius, the optimum melting point for chocolate.
Uniquely calibrated to pulse at the beginning, gently melding our finely milled real chocolate with pre-chilled milk.
Add your choice of hot or cold single-serve to the Velvetiser along with pre-chilled milk or dairy alternative. Turn the dial, press, pause, then pour.
The Velvetiser features an LED-lit which glows blue or red to highlight your chosen serve style; a solid ash handle for left- or right-handed pouring, plus a removable whisk.
