Contains mum's very own special spice blend and our easy to follow recipe where you'll temper the spices before adding to the potatoes (an authentic asian cooking technique which enhances the flavour of spices). Just add potatoes, onion, curry leaves, oil and salt. This curry is great eaten with bread, rice, roti, as a side or main dish. A versatile and easy to use kit which is truly authentic.
