Vegetarian Roasted Cauliflour Korma CurryServes twoIngredients you'll need: This pack, approx. 300g large flourets of cauliflour. Handful of baby spinach leaves.1. Rub the cauliflour florets with olive oil, and spread on a baking tray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roast in the oven on a medium heat for approx. 20 minutes, until the cauliflour is roasted but not burnt.2. Open this pack, and pour contents over cauliflour. Add the baby spinach. Stir and heat through until hot and spinach has wilted.3. Serve with rice, naan or chappati.Ready in 25 minutesMughlai Style Chicken Korma CurryServes twoIngredients you'll need: This pack, 400g diced boneless chicken breasts, 1tsp cooking oil.1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add the chicken and lightly saute for 2-3 minutes.2. Open this pack, and pour contents over chicken. Simmer for 7-8 mins of until the chicken is cooked through.3. Serve with rice or naan (maybe a beer!).Ready in 10 minutes
