Holland & Barrett's SlimExpert Meal Replacement Shake in vanilla flavour is a 520g powder that makes 10 servings. Each 210kcal serving is a vegetarian shake with 16g protein and 23 vitamins and minerals, and includes SlimBiome®, glucomannan, chromium, fructooligosaccharides and green tea extract.

Mix 52g (2 scoops) of powder with 284ml (1/2 pint) or 350ml of water, using a blender or shaker, depending on desired thickness. It is intended to replace a meal as part of the SlimExpert plan.

Keep the powder tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, away from light and moisture. If it naturally clumps or hardens over time, break it up with a large metal spoon or pulse small portions (e.g., a serving size) in a dry blender.
