Simply pour 1 sachet of porridge into a bowl & then either: 1. Simply add 150ml of boiling water, stir and allow the porridge to cool down before eating Or 2. Add 200ml of milk and microwave for 90 seconds

If a constant reaction occurs, discontinue use of this product. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Substituting two daily meals of an energy restricted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss.
