Nutrients such as Vitamins C, E and Selenium play a role in protecting DNA, proteins and lipids from oxidative damage. In addition, Zinc supports the normal function of the immune system, maintains normal skin, hair and nails, and contributes to macronutrients metabolism. These nutrients, along with Vitamin A and B6, come together in Holland & Barrett’s Selenium plus Zinc tablets. Suitable for vegans & vegetarians.

Zinc Gluconate, Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate), Maltodextrin, Vitamin E (as d-Alpha Tocopherol), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine, Carnauba Wax), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Starch, Vitamin A (as Retinyl Palmitate), L-Selenomethionine.

Directions:

Take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
