Holland & Barrett Ground Almond Flour is a versatile and nutritious ingredient perfect for baking delicious and healthy treats. Made from 100% blanched ground almonds, this flour is subtly sweet and light, making it a great alternative to traditional wheat flour.
Our almond flour is made from 100% blanched ground almonds. We blanch the almonds to remove their reddish-brown skins prior to grounding them into a fine flour. The blanching process makes the flour a pale ivory colour.
Almond flour is ideal for use in baking as it's subtly sweet and light but packed with nutritional value. We'd definitely recommend using our almond flour in macarons!
As it has less carbs than regular flour, it can be used by people following a keto diet.
Product is not suitable for people with allergy to almonds.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, seal pack and use within 3 months. Please recycle at soft plastic collection points. Not currently recyclable at home.
