The formulation includes green tea extract, vitamin B6, zinc, carnitine, and chromium. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism, and vitamin B6 supports energy-yielding metabolism as well as normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Chromium also helps maintain normal blood glucose levels and influences carbohydrate, lipid, and protein metabolism.
Take one tablet mid-morning and one mid-afternoon daily, with or after food. Do not take near bedtime. Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not consume on an empty stomach. This product contains EGCGs; do not consume other green tea products on the same day and do not exceed 800 mg of EGCGs daily.
