Shake well before use. A typical serving is 15ml, diluted to taste with still or sparkling water, taken up to three times daily. It also works well in salad dressings or for cooking.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the bottle and keep it in the same conditions. Recycle the bottle with the cap on.
