Holland & Barrett B Complex & B12 Tablets are suitable for vegans & vegetarians. It contains Vitamins B1 (Thiamin), B2 (Riboflavin), B12, together with Niacin, and Protease. B vitamins support normal energy yielding metabolism and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation, normal homocysteine metabolism and has a role in the process of cell division.

Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Papain Powder, Thiamin Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide), Niacin (as Nicotinamide Acid), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Glycerine, Carnauba Wax), Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin).

Directions:

Take one to six tablets daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
