Suitable for vegetarians

Preparation and Usage
Adults and children aged 13 and over take 1 capsule a day with meals, ideally with breakfast. B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow - this is normal.
One capsule typically provides:Thiamin (vitamin B1) 50mgRiboflavin (vitamin B2) 50mgNiacin (vitamin B3) 50mgVitamin B6 10mg- as pyridoxal-5-phosphate 5mg- as pyridoxine HCl 5mgFolic Acid 200g- as methyltetrafolate 100g- as folic acid 100gVitamin B12 20gBiotin 50gPantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 50mgCholine 50mgInositol 20mg

Choline bitartrate (anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), thiamin (vitamin B1), calcium d-pantothenate (vitamin B5), riboflavin (vitamin B2), nicotinamide (vitamin B3), inositol, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (folic acid), pteroylglutamic acid (folic acid), biotin, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
