The HIGH5 Starter Kit is a selection of our favourite products to have before/during/after exercise.

This pack is suitable for vegetarians and contains an assortment of flavours.

• 1x Energy Gel
• 1x Energy Gel Caffeine

• Energy Gel - Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take 1-3 sachets per hour during exercise.
• When exercising it's important to stay hydrated so we recommend using this product alongside ZERO hydration tabs. ZERO - Simply drop a tab into your water bottle and watch it rapidly dissolve. ZERO can be mixed to your preferred strength, but we recommend one tablet in 500-750ml water, or 1/2 a tab into 250-300ml of water.
• Energy Drink - Consume before and during sport. Drink 150 - 250ml every 20 minutes.
