Begin by warming the Glow Stick onto the back of your hand and dab the colour onto the eyes with your ring finger. Then, for more of a polished, dispersed pop of colour, use Hey Big Blender to blend the product over the eyelid.
How to store: This brush comes in a 100% recyclable paper wrap, which keeps the brush clean and protected prior to use. Remove before use.
