The front side of the single duvet cover features a large print of Kuromi in her skull jester hat, set on a blue and white Gingham-style pattern with 'Kuromi' in large font. The matching side to the pillowcase is black with 'Kuromi' written in blue. The reverse side features Kuromi in a variety of poses on Gingham squares and a blue background, with bats and hearts, with a matching side to the pillowcase.
