Known as the ‘Champagne' of all honeys, this is our signatory monofloral honey traditionally gathered from wild-flowering heather in the Highlands of Scotland. Dark and naturally semi-set, it has a highly intense distinctive, warm, woody and floral aroma reminiscent of the Scottish Highlands. An assertive, full-bodied, warm, smoky palate of toffee with underlying notes of plum and coffee. The finish is endless, deep, malty and floral with a tanginess that lingers.
Established on VE day in 1945 from just one hive, Heather Hills Farm is a traditional family-run honey farm based in the Highlands of Perthshire - the heartland of Scotland. We specialise in
