AcneSerum AHA 5% is a product designed for combination, oily, and acne-prone skin with minor lesions. The serum with AHA acids effectively normalizes epidermal exfoliation and sebum secretion, reduces imperfections and evens out skin texture problems.

Uses
Apply to the face, at night, 3-4 times a week, avoiding the eye area. After absorption, proceed to the next steps of care. If it gets into the eyes, rinse with water. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Use high photoprotection. It is not recommended to use immediately before/after application of preparations containing retinoids and/or AHA and BHA acids.

• Lactic acid (AHA) - Belongs to the group of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs). Naturally present in milk, in human skin lactic acid (in the form of sodium lactate) is part of the NMF-natural moisturizing complex. Used as an active ingredient in cosmetics in low concentrations, it is considered an excellent moisturizer. It inhibits the activity of tyrosinase, which leads to the lightening of hyperpigmentation and equalization of skin tone. This acid also has an antibacterial effect.
• Malic acid (AHA) - Naturally found in many fruits. It belongs to the group of AHA acids, which are valued active substances used in both dermatology and cosmetology for acne and imperfections, seborrhea, scars, melasma and other hyperpigmentation, as well as for improving the condition of aging skin. When used in low concentrations, it has moisturizing, brightening hyperpigmentation (including acne) and firming properties, while in high concentrations it has exfoliating and softening properties.
• Shikimic acid (AHA) - Hydroxy acid extracted from star anise Illicium verum. Improves skin hydration and makes it soft and supple. Does not cause redness and dryness of the skin. Thanks to its antimicrobial and exfoliating properties, it is ideal for acne skin care. It promotes excessive keratinization of the epidermis, unblocks the sebaceous gland outlets, and reduces the proliferation of microorganisms.
• Gallic acid diglucosyl - A derivative of gallic acid, belonging to the phenolic acid group, with improved stability and bioavailability. Its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antifungal properties have been confirmed. The effects of diglucosyl gallic acid that we can observe on the skin are the reduction of acne discoloration, unification of skin tone, reduction of erythema, as well as reduction of the appearance of pores.
