• For your baby: Iron contributes to normal cognitive development of children. Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal growth and development of bones in children. Iodine contributes to the normal growth of children. Supplemental Folic Acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus.
• For you: Vitamins B6, C, and Magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and support a normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin B6, Selenium and Zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Niacin and Biotin contribute to normal psychological function. Iodine contributes to normal cognitive function. Pantothenic Acid contributes to normal mental performance.
