Hartleys sugar free raspberry jelly is a light British dessert made with pork gelatine and natural colours. Each 23g sachet contains sweeteners instead of sugar, providing less than 70kJ or 20kcal per portion. Simply dissolve the crystals in boiling water, add cold water, and refrigerate to set.
