The cocoa is farmed by William and Mary, who work on a very small scale, producing unique beans that are shipped to Honiara on the adjacent island of Guadalcanal before beginning their long journey to the UK.Because of the limited harvest, this bar is the only way you can experience the result of William and Mary's expertise - and Harrods is the only place in the world where you can find it.
