Preparation and Usage
For the perfect cup of tea, first warm the teapot with boiling water and empty. Add one teaspoon of tea for each person plus an extra 'one for the pot'. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave to brew for three to five minutes, then stir. Serve in fine china and add milk, sugar or honey to taste.
