The Size 3 is the larger V60 - designed for brewing bigger quantities at once. If you're making coffee for two or more people, or you want a full pot's worth in one go rather than multiple smaller brews, this is the size that makes it straightforward.
Same quality filter paper as the rest of the range - unbleached, natural, gives you a clean cup with no bitterness. The larger size just means more water can pass through at once, so you can brew more without any compromise on flavour.
