Brew cold coffee overnight by adding ground coffee and cold water to the Hario Cold Brew Bottle, then refrigerate for 8-12 hours. This bottle doubles as both brewer and server with a built-in mesh filter for a smooth result. It is a popular UK version from a trusted Japanese brand.
Leave it in the fridge tonight. Open it tomorrow.
Cold brew is coffee made with cold water instead of hot - and the difference in the cup is remarkable. It's naturally smoother, less bitter, and has a kind of deep, rounded sweetness that you don't get from hot brewing. Once you've tried it, it's hard to go back to iced coffee made from leftovers.
This bottle makes it about as easy as it gets. Add your ground coffee to the filter inside, fill with cold water, screw on the lid, and put it in the fridge. Eight to twelve hours later - overnight works perfectly - you've got cold brew ready to drink straight from the bottle. No faff, no equipment to store separately, just a bottle that doubles as both brewer and jug.
Makes around 650ml per batch. The filter keeps the grounds separate so your cold brew stays clean and smooth all the way to the last pour.

Good if you... want to try cold brew without any extra kit to buy. The bottle is the brewer and the server - just put it in the fridge the night before.
Any of our coffees work well for cold brew, but medium roasts like Ipanema Sunrise or Easy Rider tend to give you the clearest, smoothest result. Grind slightly coarser than you would for a V60.
