At Makaibari Estate , the leaves are part fermented so that you can see the swirls of the Green amongst the large twisted copper-black leaves. But creating those large twisted leaves needs the skill of a master craftsman


Brimming with Polyphenols, our semi fermented Oolong is a tea of balance. Flavourful yet mellow it has a delicious fruity peach finish
