When it comes to cooking up those large signature dishes, this tray does exactly what it says on the tin. Its heavy-duty, cooks food evenly and holds its shape; even at high temperatures. No need to leave it to soak, it includes a tough double-layer non-stick coating making cleaning a breeze, simply stick it in the dishwasher.

• Before using this item for the first time, remove all packaging including the black plastic hanging hook. Wash it in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Dishwasher safe. Remove as soon as the cycle ends and dry thoroughly before storing.
• Only attach plastic cover when the tray is completely cool. Do not put the plastic cover into the oven.
• To remove burnt-on food, leave to cool, then soak in warm soapy water. Wash using a nylon scouring pad if necessary.
• Don't use abrasive cleaners or metal scourers.
• Grease lightly before each use, so food doesn't stick.
• Can be used with most metal kitchen utensils.
• Oven safe to 240°C / 475°F / Gas Mark 9.
• Leave to cool completely before washing or soaking. This will prevent warping.
• Freezer safe.

• Do not use sharp edged utensils or knives as these may damage the non-stick coating.
• Always use oven gloves when handling bakeware.
• Do not use on direct heat sources such as on a hob or under a grill.
