Usage: No-nonsense Brewing Tips
For Cafetière / Filter: Measure two level dessert spoons (15g) of ground coffee to 250ml of water per cup. Pour over water that's come off the boil (92-96 °C), or else you could burn the brew.
For Espresso: In your machine, add 14-18g of ground coffee for a double shot. Extraction time around 25 seconds.
Once opened, seal the pack tightly with a clip or peg. No need to put it in the fridge, that's nonsense.
