xGreenPan have designed their Copenhagen range with enhanced ceramic non-stick for healthier and easier cooking. Even though it's non-stick, you can use metal utensils with the cookware thanks to its toughened Thermolon™ Infinity Pro ceramic non-stick coating, enhanced with a layer of diamond crystals, literally rock hard protection for the surface of the pan. The non-stick provides excellent food release and is easy to clean. The quality of the non-stick means you only need a little oil or butter in the pan, making meals healthier. The pan is dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended to keep it in its best condition.
A minimalist design with an optimised shape for a greater cooking surface, it's easy to maintain and heats up quickly. The hard-anodised pans have robust riveted stainless steel handles designed for comfortable holding.
