Gran luchito brings the authentic flavour of Mexico to your table. We slowly simmer mushrooms with mild guajillo chillies and Mexican spices for a delicious vegan taco filling. Perfect as a flavourful layer tacos, burritos and nachos, or as a delicious base for vegan chilli con carne!

Preparation and Usage
Mushroom EnchiladasMix 1/2 a pouch of Chilli Mushrooms with 1/2 a tin of tinned tomatoes & heat in a pan. Spoon the mixture into the middle of 6 Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps and then roll them up. Cover the bottom of an ovenproof dish with a thin layer of tomatoes and place the rolled up wraps in. Pour over the remaining mushrooms & tomatoes and top with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 20 mins until piping hot and golden brown. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and sliced avocado.Serving IdeasVegan Tacos - Heat the Chilli Mushrooms & spoon onto Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps. Top with guacamole, lettuce, coriander and dollops of Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa.Vegan Chilli Con Carne - Mix Chilli Mushrooms with drained Gran Luchito Cantina Beans in a saucepan. Heat over a medium heat for 4 minutes. For an extra bit of spice, add 1 tsp of Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste. Serve with rice & top with sour cream.

Hob - From Ambient. 4-5 MinsHeat in A Pan: Open the pouch & pour into a saucepan. Heat and stir until hot (about 4-5 minutes).; Microwave - From Ambient. 2-3 MinsOpen the pouch, pour into a bowl & place in the microwave. Cook for 2-3 minutes until hot.
