Tinga Tacos Recipe
400g chicken breast (cut into chunks), 2 onions
1 Jar tinga taco cooking sauce
1 Pack Gran Luchito soft taco wraps
1. Cover chicken breast with salted water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer on medium heat until cooked (20 min approx). Once ready, remove chicken and shred with two forks.
2. In a large frying pan, saut thinly sliced onions until softened.
3. Add shredded chicken and the jar of Gran Luchito tinga taco cooking sauce. Simmer on medium heat for 6 minutes.
4. Warm soft taco wraps, add a good amount of chicken tinga, a slice of avocado and top with sour cream.
Mexican Pulled Pork Recipe - in a hot frying pan, brown pork shoulder steaks. Place in slow cooker along with sliced onions and pour over tinga taco cooking sauce. Cook on high for 2-3 hours until meat is falling apart.
Shred with two forks and serve on warm Gran Luchito soft taco wraps with chipotle salsa, sour cream and fresh coriander.
