Preparation: Directions to use: Use 1-2 teaspoons of Grace Jerk Seasoning per 450g of fully thawed meat / chicken / seafood / vegetables. Rub the seasoning in thoroughly and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour prior to cooking (4 hours for best results). Cook on the grill (most authentic), stove top or in the oven (180°C) using your preferred method.
